Just save custom filters, and you can then set one of them as your default from the same place you saved the changes or as a new one. Screenshot below shows where to click to save the filters.

You will need to be a registered user on their system which may require approval by your account portal admin. If your account admin details is outdated then SW Customer Support should be able to help technicalsupport@solarwinds.com you will need your SWID to speed up the process unless your E-Mail domain is not the one registered against your SWID. 

YOu can open a support ticket on the https://customerportal.solarwinds.com/ - Technical Support If you do not have a logon, you will need to see whomever the primary contact is for the SolarWinds Software in your company. They have your SolarWinds customer ID (SWID) and can create an account for you to access this resource.
