Solarwinds Certification push your carreer to the next level?

As a Manager of a SolarWinds Team it would be something that I would look for on a person's CV, however that can't replace the experience a person have with the products. That being said though I am looking to get my team up to having at least SCP in NPM moving forward.

I don't have a Solarwinds cert but I do have 10+ years experience.  With that I set up a client's Solarwinds solution over the last year with everything monitored, some alerts and reports and some dashboards.  The next stage was a lot more alerts, reports and dashboards but they decided to employ someone to do it instead.  He allegedly has a cert but ended up breaking Solarwinds so badly that I'm not sure I can fix it.  Sometimes a piece of paper is just a piece of paper and not proof of abiility.  I am looking at SAM and NCM certs though as someone else is paying

There is another reason why I am looking to get my team up to SCP as it is linked with being a partner with SolarWinds as well, but that is all linked with a plan later on ;)
