Q3 - Everyone would love a free exam, that's why you can earn Thwack Points to purchase it. Currently exam vouchers are not on the Thwack store but I believe they will be back.

3) You can get a free one for 60k points on the store usually, or you can get one from the MVP program, or you can get them sometimes from specific in-person events

Yes, the vouchers will be back. Earning 60K THWACK points will earn you a voucher to take the test.

There are multiple ways to earn Thwack points. Do the on-boarding mission, participate in surveys(these take two weeks to get your points), engage with the community, do the monthly mission. 60k points is cheap for a free exam voucher in my opinion.
