Scheduling the Solarwinds Exam on PSI service Website

Hi, i do not have a voucher, I have tried using both payment methods on the psi website (card and paypal checkout) and did also follow their telephonic booking procedure to no avail. Payment is not processed and end up in an error message, I tried booking for another solarwinds exam but no luck on that either.

It would be a great help if you could escalate this matter to PSI.

Did you double check your credit card information and verify it isn't being declined? The error message suggest an issue with the card.

Please double check your card and then email me details of the error and a screenshot. I will then escalate to PSI.

My card is active with enough funds and the transaction is not being declined by the bank. I have tried both visa and mastercard credit cards as well as the paypal option.In the paypal option, paypal deducts the amount from my card but refunds it later because the transaction doesn't go through. No other error messages can be seen apart from the attached above.

There is a PSI support line, can be hard to get them to be helpful, but they do exist

i already tried contacting them no luck yet ...will keep trying

Has this issue been resolved? If so can you tell me what needs to be done as I am having the same issue with the PSI website and they aren't much help. Thank you.
