Hi, I received my badge from Credly successfully, but when I download the certificate, the "ID" section is completely blank, is it supposed be blank so i can edit it by myself?. I previously contacted the certification team at certification@solarwinds and was informed that the issue had been escalated to Credly. However, it has now been over a week and I haven't got an resolutions yet.
