SolarWinds Certificate not received

I appeared for SolarWinds SAM certification exam on 8th October 2023 and successfully cleared the exam but still I haven't received the certificate and badge over the email. It's been more than a week now. Previously we used to receive it within 48 hours.

My registered email id for the exam is vikaspandita123@gmail.com
