How can I automatically send specific alerts to users in MS Teams as 'urgent' messages?

Hi,
I am trying to set up an automated job/profile which will send certain alerts to a user as MS Teams Notifications in a private chat. The reasoning behind this is that we want to receive urgent alerts as push notifications on quiet hours in case something goes down.
In order to bypass Teams quiet time and have messages pop an alert for a user during quiet time, those messages have to be flagged as either 'Important' or 'Urgent'.
There are automations via Solarwinds and Power Automate which will send the email to a Teams Channel or private chat, but I couldn't automatically mark those messages as 'Important' or 'Urgent' to bypass the quiet time.
Does anyone know how this can be achieved, or a better method to automatically send urgent push alerts around the clock?
