Thwack points for Live SolarWinds Academy Training Class

Question

I took a Live SolarWinds Academy Class about a week ago. They mentioned that we should get a survey to complete for 2000 THWACK Points. I haven't gotten any email about a survey for the class. Who can I contact about getting the survey for the class to get my THWACK points? (My customer portal account in SolarWinds is linked to my THWACK account)

Also, I would like to remind you that in order to be eligible for Thwack points , you will have to attend at least 75% of the chosen class.

Hi dagsct21 , for June classes we will be issuing the THWACK points this week. Please take note that in order to be eligible for Thwack points , you will also need to attend at least 75% of the chosen class. Thanks
