It isn't like Microsoft certifications or some of the other tools in the market where they say user certification then admin then super admin or what ever it is.
SolarWinds started off initially by a generic certification called SCP (SolarWinds certified professional), then they made it more specific for specific modules like NPM, NCM, SAM etc , then they got in more certifications like Architecture & Design for example. Its totally upto the person as to what area of SolarWinds you are interested in. You can either do one or a few in combination which clearly shows which areas do you have expertise.
The best certification to start with for mastery of the primary SolarWinds products is the Hybrid Cloud Observability: Fundamentals. That is a mastery of the platform that runs Hybrid Cloud Observability or any combination of the legacy modules (such as NPM, SAM, NCM, etc.).
After that certification, what to take next would depend on which products your company has.
