"Error Processing E-Mail" Notifications

Hi all,

Our team has been getting a consistent stream of error notifications for over a year, and we aren't sure what the cause may be. Here are some examples...

Subject: Error Processing E-Mail

Message: 

Unable to connect to the Incoming Mail Account 'buildingrt@domain.edu' due to the following error:

"Error processing mailbox messages: Connection reset"

Message: 

Unable to connect to the Incoming Mail Account 'buildingrt@domain.edu' due to the following error:

"Error processing mailbox messages: Mailbox move in progress. Try again later., Cannot open mailbox. Server = server.prod.outlook.com, mdbGuid = GUID, maiboxGuid = GUID"

Message: 

Unable to connect to the Incoming Mail Account 'medialabrt@domain.edu' due to the following error:

"Error processing mailbox messages: Read timed out"

 

The email's subject line is always the same, but the email address and actual error message changes. We don't know if we are actually missing any tickets because of these errors. Does anyone else have experience with these? Do we need to address them or can we possibly ignore them? The errors are intermittent, we can't intentionally reproduce them, and we have not gotten complaints from users who tried to submit tickets and got no follow up.
