Connection Failure

Hoping somebody can help with this. I am trying to use TFTP (Solarwinds) to get a summary report from a Brocade fibre switch to my local machine. It is Windows 7. On the Brocade, it will ask for tftp server ip, then ask for login info and then remote directory. I am using my domain admin account as the login information, but when it connects, I get connection refused error. I have done everything I can think of. TFTP server has been stopped, started, and everything in between. Still connection refused. Anybody see this before? Any ideas? TYIA

Does you domain admin account have login rights to that machine? Is there any kind of firewall between those two devices that may be blocking?
