Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but it seemed to have the most posts about SFTP
Getting an error message after installing the latest version of of SFTP\SCP 2.2.1.50095 on Windows 2019 server
Cannot start service - you probably don't have enough privileges to perform the operation.
I tried installing this as my admin account and local administrator account but still get the same issue - set to automatic and rebooted as well - same issue
Tried to install on W10 workstation (domain) same issue also a standalone W10 workstation same issue.
We have version 1.0.4.9 on an older 2008 server (the 2019 is to replace it). I've installed this version on the W2019 without issue.
Found an article about increasing the service timeout to 180000 - no difference
There are some errors in eventvwr

I've tried giving the c:\programdata\solarwinds folder full control to users and everyone
Any thoughts - I need to be running the latest version for Cyber security conformance.
