Cisco Switch to SolarWinds Server SCP Issues

My archiving from Cisco Switches to SolarWinds Server has stopped working; failing with Cisco Switch error "SCP SSH Client Connect Failed". I have also installed the SolarWinds SCP Server software on my workstation and tried it from there, but no success. Anyone have any ideas please?
