Start Netflow Realtime in Windows from command prompt

Does anyone know if there is a way to start Netflow Realtime from the command prompt within Windows?  I've been pondering ways to get Netflow to track data longer than 60 minutes and I started thinking I could write a script to monitor when the Netflow service stops  and than have the script restart it and increment the output name thereby keeping it from overwriting the previous hours worth of data.
