Solarwinds Exchange Monitor is locking out account

We are using a view-only Exchange account to authenticate with Solarwinds Exchange Monitor. I can get it to succesfully monitor Exchange services but almost frequently the account is locked out. Please advise.

  • RAD, can you check the Windows Event Security Audit Log on the Exchange server or the AD server (depending on account type) for an account lockout event? This will tell you which computer the account is being locked out from, it's possible it's not even because of the SW Exchange Monitor. Are you aware of this account being used anywhere else?
