solarwinds log forward is not sending logs to kiwi and event audit in security is able to open

hi dear ,

our customer has recently purchased kiwi syslog and wants to send audit logs to kiwi. He tried to use solarwinds log forwarder , but when we click to select audit on right hand panel in security , it does not browse. Secondly , log forwarder is not even sending any logs and events to kiwi, please help ASAP

i am using local admin account.
