[ROUND OF 32] Faith+1 vs. The Be Sharps

Faith+1

From: South Park
Genre: “Christian” Rock
Members: Eric Cartman, Butters, and “Token”
Sample: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHMjQTnxrEw
Best known for such classics as “I Wasn’t Born Again Yesterday,” Cartman’s brain-child band of dubious origin achieved myrrh-album status right out of the gate. The band’s classic style blending hip, cool music with inspirational lyrics is exactly what this world needs.

The Be Sharps

From: The Simpsons
Genre: A cappella
Members: Homer Simpson, Apu Nahasapeemapetilon, Seymour Skinner, and Chief Wiggum (later replaced by Barney Gumble).
Sample: “Baby on Board” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XctPw_UexmE
Inspired by the story of the Beatles, the Be Sharps are the most successful a cappella group ever to come out of Springfield. You most likely remember their hit “Baby on Board,” inspired by an actual Baby on Board sign in the back window of a car. Every time you hear a harmonica, you probably think of the Be Sharps.
