Riverbed Steelhead device script

Corrected an issue for a customer where configuration downloads from his Riverbed Steelhead devices sometimes contained the device prompt at the end of the configuration.

To use:

- Make a backup copy of the Riverbed.Steelhead.txt file located in \program files\cattools3\scripts
- Copy this file in its place.
