WMI counters for ActiveSession and InactiveSession values. Works for Citrix too since Citrix uses TS RDP as the basis of its comms layer but also see the APM template for Citrix Metaframe posted here: by Gary Sample (untested).
A very old thread here, but this and the 2008 template worked like a charm on our servers. However intermittently I have random results on the 2003 template returned as "Invalid WMI query. No results were returned by WQL query" for random servers (we're talking two or three occasionally out of hundreds - not the same ones from what I can see). The error comes and goes and usually polls with the next go-round.
Any thoughts as to what may be causing this intermittently?
