This is a standard report that will list some nodes information as well as the results of UnDP-Node-GetTable using its Label and the Status field.
The only modification that needs to be done is in the WHERE statement where you need to specify the Name of your Universal Device Poller (UnDP).
AND CustomPollers.UniqueName = 'TypeHereTheNameOfYourUnDP'
This report can be use to easily list Card Description and Version on Cisco equipements but not only.
