DELL.custom poller.Temperature status for all temperature probes in Dell chassis

This OID allows to get a return on a combined status for all temperature probes

in the DELL chassis, advantage is that this applies to any dell server. 

 Returned values need to be mapped as illustrated below:

1 = other
      the status of the object is not one of the following:
2 = unknown
      the status of the object is unknown (not known or monitored)
3 = ok
      the status of the object is ok
4 = nonCritical
      the status of the object is warning, non-critical
5 = critical
      the status of the object is critical (failure)
6 = nonRecoverable
      the status of the object is non-recoverable (dead)
