  • hey  the user role for this template needs read access to all of the oracle tables, where as the standard template only needs access to some specific tables. Does the user that you are using have access to all of the oracle tables?

If you save the template and apply it, does it collect any results?

  •  could you help me with this template. I have it applied to my oracle DB servers but I cant seem to get this one to work.

I have the oracle database template applied and working so I do have the client on the solarwinds server configured correctly.

When i apply this template I get the following:
    COMPONENT TEST RESULT DETAILS
    ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed

Are they more roles / permissions that I need to assign in oracle to my user account for this to work?

    Thanks,
