LM 1.1 is now Generally Available

I am excited to announce the general availability of Log Manager 1.1 which includes Orion Alert Integration and Tag Filtering.

Orion Alert Integration

LM 1.1 introduces Orion Alert Integration, which helps to ensure that you are notified and can respond to important events based on log and SNMP Trap data. Log Manager can now leverage all of the powerful alert actions included with the Orion Alerting engine, such as e-mail notifications, creating a ServiceNow incident, running a script and much more. This functionality has been a long standing feature request and is now a very exciting addition to Log Manager. For more information, including a step-by-step guide on how create an Orion Alert via Log Manager, please see this post: Creating an Orion Alert with Log Manager 1.1

Tag Filtering

Log Tagging was introduced in Log Manager 1.0 and allows you to assign meaningful tags to log data. LM 1.1 expands on the tagging functionality by including the ability to filter your log data based on tags in order to quickly drill into your tagged events.
