LUN to Datastore Mapping with Provisioning details

This report is designed mainly for seeing provisioning details on thick LUNs used in VMware or Hyper-V. It does require both Virtualization Manager and Storage Resource Monitor as it will pull array / LUN details from SRM and Datastore usage from VMAN.

Default is grouped by Array then sorted by Provisioned Percent
