For those with Alcatel-Lucent SAR 7705's:
Copy this file to your NCM device repository (typically, in the path of "...\SolarWinds\Orion\NCM\DeviceTypes\" or wherever you've installed it). NCM will then be able to backup the configuration of a SAR with proper credentials applied.
