NTA 4.1.1 SR is now GA

I'm pleased to announce NTA 4.1.1 GA. This release is focused on improving performance and stability issues but it also adding new features like QoS policing and shaping monitoring or support for Netflow Lite. All users under active maintenance can go to customerportal.solarwinds.com and get the latest version.
