    This UnDP package includes the following UnDP's for monitoring SteelHead Riverbeds:

    So once you get these plugged in, for those of us running low end licenses, we can monitor whether we're getting close to our maximum connection counts, and track inventory details on these toys.


    The procStatus table is good for monitoring for process failures. using some clever queries/logic, you can alert if one of these processes changes status, which is usually a pretty good forewarning if something with your system is about to fail or lock up.


    Be advised, I'd still recommend collecting traps from these systems, as there are a significant number of alert conditions that you simply can't monitor for (for instance, legitimate hardware health status, or fan status, among others).
