I needed a report that did not exist for NCM 7.3.1.

After a bunch of digging and scraping, I got this SWQL query to do almost exactly what I needed... The NCM "Overall Running VS. Startup Config Conflicts" report.
Just add a new "Custom Query" resource to your page.
Copy the SWQL query from the attached txt file, and paste it into the custom query resource.
Modify it to fit your needs.
I did NOT make/build/create/etc... this query. It was, in fact, borrowed from the future, so to speak...
