Cisco Module Issues/Status Change . Trap Rule

This will gather any module issue on a Cisco Node and send the alert if your module is not Operating Normally.

Uses a standard : *cefcModuleStatusChange*  Flag, so any Module status Change trap that is sent (if enabled) will trigger this alert.

The Alert has below the main details, a listing of all the possibile statuses.  So any tech on call at 3 AM isn't guessing.

Also, if a module is rebooting, or having issues you will see the status change each part of the way until it comes back up and give the 2 status.
