JRE - TURN-OFF AUTOMATICE UPDATES - ACTIVE DIRECTORY ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATE

This Active Directory Administrative Template contains the Group Policy option to disable Automatic Updates for Java. The policy is applied to an Organizational Unit under the “Local Machine”. The template has been tested with JRE 7u25 and 6u45. This template is applicable to 32-bit and 64-bit machines with Java 32-bit version installed, and is to be used at the discretion of the user.

Note: This template is not applicable for Java 64-bit version as Java Auto Update is currently not available for 64-bit versions of Java.
