This is a diagnostics utility that will simulate NPM discovery process and try to get a list of all VLANs per interfaces. We would need our users to run it in their environments in order to understand the performance impact of VLAN seek process. This utility doesn't send any data. It just generates a simple TXT file with information about amount of VLANs and interfaces and overal time for discovery process.
