Patch Manager has some very powerful report customization capabilities that can be used for aggregating data -- such as calculating the count of things. One such report I was asked about some time ago was a report to show the count of updates by classification for each computer needing updates. This report can also be easily manipulated to show the count of updates by computer for each classification (e.g. what computer is missing the most number of Security Updates, or which computers are missing more than 20 security updates). This report template is built from the Computer Update Status with Update Information datasource and should be imported into the Windows Server Update Services Analytics report category.
