This is the template I used for several NCM installations.
It works at least for current Cisco WLC 4400 up to version 7.0.235.0
1. rename existing file in [Path]\SolarWinds\Orion\NCM\DeviceTypes e.g. to Cisco WLC-1.3.6.1.4.1.14179.original
2. copy attached file to this directory
3. open NCM console or NCM node management in Web GUI
4. Device Command Template should be "Cisco WLC"
5. Run a "Test device credentials"
