Uses http://<ip of server>/query_load to determine the number of active meetings and active participants.
You can adjust the warning thresholds to alert you where there are close to the maximum number of meetings or participants running on a specific appliance.
Also ensures that the HTTP front end is working, and that the additional meeting port is open.
