this file should be put in place of the existing editaccount.aspx which is located under
inetpub\SolarWinds\Orion\Admin\Accounts
this will move the restrictions button to the top of the page making the setup order for users more logical, this also removes the problem of forgetting to submit the drop downs when you click on adding restrictions.
best pratice here is to rename the existing file with .org at the end incase you wish to revert back.
