It would be nice to know when someone has reserved an asset by having the help desk send an email to the support group or at least a tech. That way it's not a surprise when someone shows up to pick up a laptop or something.
Can we have the ability for web help desk to automatically email users who have booked reservable assets based on the scheduled in time? This way users would receive an email to remind them to return equipment. You could also include the option to extend the booking time if users are still using it or planning on using it.
