Recently an upgrade was provided to enable knowledge managers to change the creator of a solution. I would like to suggest that ability to change the name to a group as well to leverage group management over-time rather than managing users that may change roles or leave the company. We frequently have Clients who report problems or submit requests on behalf of other users. It would be awesome if the Creator became an automatic CC on ticket updates (with an option to turn off) when we change the Client to the actual Client to whom the issue belongs.
