I cannot access to report scheduler it always response "unexpected error ; quitting " . Please tell me how to fix it .
I am using NPM 9.5.1 license version which is upgrade from demo .
voodoo, Is this the only GUI you are having trouble opening from the Orion suite? If it is, you might need to do a repair on Orion to fix the problem. Make sure you are logged into the Orion server as the local Administrator and turn UAC off before doing the install (if that's an option). Otherwise you may need to look at your Windows events for more detail as to why the app is failing to launch. Possibly something locally is killing it for security reasons. Strange that if I log in and use it with local admin account , every thing is ok , but I got error when I use domain User account which also in local admin group . C
I think this is a user priviledge issue , thank you for your answer , can you guide me more ?
