Getting Access Denied when updating IPAM.IPNode status following SW 2020.2.5 upgrade

Following our SolarWinds 2020.2.5 upgrade, we found that working IPAM scripts started failing. We are able to successfully use the GetFirstAvailableIP successfully, but get Access Denied when trying to Reserve that IP address. Has anyone else run into this or have a workaround ?
