network atlas icons don't show in npm

The title says it all! All the icons in Network show as plain squares (or circles) in NPM. The background images are showing ok though! Any ideas?

I have never seen something like that happening. Have you opened a ticket with SolarWinds yet? If not, I would. Please post their response back here for anyone else who may run into the same problem.
