I hope there is a way to get this information. The setup is Orion NPM and SAM sending information to WHD. In NPM we have a detailed Asset Inventory on all the equipment. I would like this information in WHD so the support desk has quick access to it (without giving access to NPM and SAM). It appears WHD only has 9 attributes it will pull from NPM and SAM. Is there a way in NPM or SAM to allow other attributes to be available to WHD. Does WHD have to be changed to add more attributes?
