NPM 10.3.1 - Reports Packet Loss 40-60% But no actual packet loss on network equipment

Hi,

I have a few 2960 switches monitored on NPM 10.3.1.

Apparently NPM is reporting packet loss for the network equipment but when I check the equipment there are not actual packet loss.

Appreciate it if anyone can assist in the matter.

Typically the packet loss we're reporting is ICMP from orion server to the device itself. What metrics are you looking at on the device?
