Trying to save a view URL as an html file

Trying to display a NPM view on a TV screen. The view URL is active and constantly changing causing it to load slowly. I would like to just get a snapshot of the view saved to an html file so I can display this. Tried using a report but can only save to a pdf which cannot be resized for the TV screen.
