Where would I find the logs for trigger actions taken

Hello there,

I have setup an "send email alert" within trap viewer that would send email alert upon receiving specific trap from the node. It used to work in the past but has suddenly stopped.

I do see traps being received, but solarwinds seems to have failed to process them and send alert. I was wondering if there is a logs that I can look at to see what happened or if it attempted to send email alert or not. Any suggestions?
