User connection information for Citrix XenApp 6.5. NPM or SAM?

We are attempting to gather user-specific data from our Citrix servers running XenApp 6.5. We've looked for custom MIB pollers using the UNDP tool, but didn't see any user-specific data, and a MIB walk doesn't show the appropriate OIDs. We also assigned two of the Citrix XenApp Presentation 6.0 templates included in SAM to our test server. Those template also do not have the user data for which we are searching. Has anyone been able to get this user data on XenApp 6.5?

BTW - we searched the content exchange for the appropriate custom pollers and application template, but found none.

What sort of user data are you looking for? To the best of my knowledge, your options are

SAM:

- Your XenApp session should generate a process with the user name as the process owner. So, if you are want to track things like cpu, memory, disk IO, network usage of a specific user, you should be able to use SAM's process monitor

NPM:

NPM v11's Quality of Experience can understand Citrix signatures. So, you should be to measure ART and NRT for ICA sessions

If you use Netscalar, it should support Netflow. If your objective is to see which endpoints are generating bandwidth to your XenApp servers, this would serve the purpose
