I've set up some fairly basic alerts, one of them looking at a subset of routers and waiting for 90% utilization before firing the alert. The trigger action is to send an email. I can run the test against this and pick one of the matched routers and the email works. However, when an actual event occurs it's populating the alert window as an "active alert" but no email ever goes out.
We checked the spam filters and didn't find anything.
Is there something I need to do to make the basic email functionality work?
