How do i configure the alerts for Hard Drive, Memory and CPU for re-send it every 10 min, after the alert was trigger

Hello,
if you mean "resend e-mail message", go to "Send E-Mail/Page" action edit dialog in advanced alert manager (Start->Solarwind Orion->Alerting, Reporting and Mapping->Advanced alert manager). There select "Alert Escalation" tab check "Execute this action repeatedly ..." and set value to 10 minutes.
