The dynamic query functionality would be improved if there was a way to filter by the polling type. When creating monitors some may only work with nodes that are agent monitored and not monitored via ICMP due to the information collected. To avoid not applying the monitor to a required node when it is created a group using a dynamic query to populate it can be used. Unfortunately there is no way to select the polling method for a Dynamic Query.
