I don't even care what color scheme you choose, but when we have a list of black on white entries to find something we're looking for, it can be tedious.
If the entries were color coded by type (assignment changed, details changed, e-mails sent, delivered, opened, clicked, etc) that would be SUPER helpful to find entries more quickly.
Additionally, or maybe alternately, the ability to filter by type would be immensely appreciated.
