Having issues that appear to be licensing related. This is a new application server (same name/IP) with existing Database. Getting this error when trying to open website:

Also get the following in Event Viewer:

Ticket has been opened, but so far support has not been helpful. I have reset the license store twice now following direction.

Figured I would post here, in case anyone as seen this problem before?

Ended up doing a complete server rebuild. Not sure why, but it fixed the issue.

This was either an information service failure OR since this was a new server, should have reset the license store using the migration.exe utility and reapplied the licenses.
